Mixing
Mixing operation process is one of the most common operations in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Its purpose is to make two or more media can achieve the maximum degree of contact, so as to complete the required mixing, mass transfer, heat transfer or reaction process in a predetermined time. The basic function of stirring process is mixing.
Chemical Reaction
In order to meet the requirements of process to the equipment, SUNKAIER has developed and designed a special mixing/ kneading technology to ensure the equipment can have the optimal heat, mass transfer, mixing and mechanical properties for high viscosity materials.
Polymerization
Optimal large-scale polymer production industry usually consists of six processes: raw material preparation and refining, initiator (or catalyst) preparation, polymerization, separation, post-treatment and recovery. The importance of the auxiliary process will vary with different polymer varieties and production process conditions, but the polymerization process is always the core of the whole process. The polymerization reactor is the core of the core.
Evaporation
Industrial production, especially chemical production and industrial wastewater treatment industry, cannot be separated from evaporation operation, which will consume a lot of raw steam and produce a lot of condensate and secondary steam at the same time. In the process of evaporation operation, how to save the use of raw steam and make full use of the heat of condensate and secondary steam can greatly expand the economic practicality of evaporation operation.
Crystallization
The quality of crystalline products such as purity and particle size distribution directly affects the difficulty of subsequent operations including separation and purification, and plays a vital role in the final product benefits. At present, the commonly used crystallization mode in industry is batch crystallization, but because the batch crystallization production mode is difficult to control the consistency of products and the time cost is too high, continuous crystallization has gradually become a new development crystallization mode.
Devolatilization
Polymer devolatilization is an important process in the production of polymer materials. It is a separation engineering problem controlled by thermodynamics and mass transfer. Because polymers usually have high viscosity, the heat and mass transfer accompanying the polymer devolatilization operation affect the removal of volatile from the polymer, making the devolatilization process extremely complex. New and efficient devolatilization process and equipment are important methods to strengthen devolatilization process.
Drying
Vacuum drying equipment is a drying equipment that uses negative pressure (vacuum) to reduce the boiling point of water or solvent in materials, and provides sufficient heat through conduction heat transfer to evaporate excess solvent in materials. Compared with atmospheric drying, vacuum drying can avoid the oxidation of dried materials, recover organic solvents, and achieve "energy-saving drying", so it is widely used in food, chemical, petrochemical, dye and other industries.
