SUNKAIER's horizontal reactor is widely used, especially in the polymer industry. Taking Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as an example, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a key polymer, which mainly refers to the homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride or the copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and a small amount of other fluorinated vinyl monomers. It has the characteristics of both fluorinated resin and universal resin. The resin itself has good chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, weather resistance, ray radiation resistance, but also has piezoelectric, dielectric, thermoelectric and other special properties, so it is widely used in piezoelectric film, solar backplane film, lithium battery diaphragm and other high-end functional films.
SUNKAIER's PVDF reactor can be either emulsion polymerization or suspension polymerization, but in general, customers will choose suspension polymerization. Compared with emulsion polymerization, under suspension polymerization process, less dispersed dose is adsorbed on the polymer, which is easier to remove, so the product contains less impurities, and the post-treatment process is simpler than emulsion polymerization, with lower production cost. Granular resin can be directly used for processing. At the same time, SUNKAIER can produce high-pressure reactors (-0.1~100Mpa).
