PROCESS

1. Inboard Bearing Support System

The agitator shaft is supported by a heavy-duty inboard bearing (typically a spherical roller bearing or sleeve bearing) located inside the tank. This bearing absorbs radial and axial loads, preventing excessive shaft deflection and vibration. Ensures stable rotation even with long shafts and high torque demands (common in pulp & paper applications).

2. Robust Shaft Design

The shaft is short-coupled (minimizing overhang) and made from high-strength stainless steel or carbon steel with coatings for corrosion resistance. Large diameter shaft to handle high bending moments in pulp suspensions.

3. Sealing Mechanism
