SUNKAIER Holds Leadership Development Camp for Key Employees

On July 21-22,SUNKAIER organized a management skills training program for its employees, with 22 participants including company executives and key staff members. The training was conducted by an external expert.
The two-day program featured diverse and engaging teaching methods, fostering a deeper understanding of self-management and team leadership through interactive sessions. Using case studies and group discussions, the instructor highlighted common shortcomings in daily work practices and introduced scientific approaches to problem-solving, enabling participants to enhance their management capabilities. The discussions were lively, with active participation from all teams, further solidifying their grasp of theoretical concepts.
After the training, attendees expressed great satisfaction, stating that they would apply the newly acquired knowledge to their work to improve overall team performance.
